Birth Doula

Every birth is a Unique rite of passage and however, you choose to birth your child should be honored and celebrated. Birth is a sacred moment in time that is transformational and raw, it is a time where you can surrender, listen, and receive. As your doula, my intention is to hold space and support you through the transition from pregnancy to parenthood, to educate, advocate and most importantly empower the birthing person and their families to trust their intuition.

Your placenta is not only a temporary organ that your body only makes when pregnant it is also your baby's life source, it delivers nutrients and oxygen to your baby and it also removes waste. It plays a major role in your pregnancy and the Placenta encapsulation ceremony is one way to honor and thank it for its journey with you and your baby.

Fertility Support

When my partner and I decided we wanted to be life partners we quickly became overwhelmed with the idea of having to start a family and having to purchase donor sperm and we had no idea how much work, time, and money can go into IUI/ IVF/FET cycles the worst part about it all is that not a lot of folks talk about these things. With my extensive background in Reproductive endocrinology as an IVF coordinator , I’ve had the honor to work alongside some of the best REI doctors in southern California. The IVF journey can be overwhelming, physically and emotionally draining at times and my intention is to be someone who can educate, advocate and answer any questions you may have throughout your cycles. Some IVF journeys are short and some require a lot more time than expected depending on different medical conditions, etc.

I will be available via text and phone calls throughout our time together. I offer virtual or at-home injection lessons to review all stimulation medication and calendar timelines. Daily injection administration within a 20-mile radius. Emotional and physical support like body balancing, herbal baths, or foot soaks.

Support available throughout the retrieval and implantation process
